Terms & Conditions

• All affiliate payouts will be made by Epoch ($50 minimum)
• Affiliates will earn 60% of all profits and recurring revenue generated with their tracking code.
• Affiliates must be 18 years of age to advertise our program, or be of legal age to view pornographic materials according to the laws & regulations of your area.
• Lubin Associates dba Devil By Deed & Epoch retains the right to cancel any account that has a high number of chargebacks or refunds or appears to be using fraudulent methods to obtain sign-ips or sends traffic from any site containing depictions of sex acts considered illegal or obscene.
• Lubin Associates dbaDevil By Deed reserves the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to any illegal activities pertaining to your account.
• Email campaigns are not allowed. If it has been determined that your traffic has come from email spam your account will be deleted and all funds will be forfeited.
• With the exception of our two tiered affiliate referral program. Webmaster resource sites may include our affiliate referral code in their newsletters.
• Lubin Associates dba Devil By Deed retains the right to modify or make changes to any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified by the email email through our mass mailer system and if affiliates continue to send traffic to our sites then we will accept that as your agreement to the new terms.
• Lubin Associates dba Devil By Deed will not be held liable for any loss due to technical difficulties, including but not limited to web-site down times of any kind.
• Affiliates hereby agree to indemnify Lubin Associates & Epoch Inc, its affiliates, shareholders, officers, and employees against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense (including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred by your web sites and advertising campaigns in regard to our program.
• All Devil By Deed program materials, including and not limited to banners, photographs, recordings, video, sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided to you shall remain the property of Lubin Associates.
• Lubin Associates reserves the right to terminate the Devil by Deed affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
• This is a legal agreement between you and Lubin Associates dba Devil By Deed. By signing up to this affiliate program you are affirming that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms set forth herein!
